I'm a rolling stone, a lover of the outdoors, and a hack photographer, and I love rooting for my favorite baseball and hockey teams. I also spend a fair amount of my time and energy curating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. From regenerative farming to yoga to sun-gazing—if it’s benefitted me in some way, you can bet I’ll find a way to slip it into a story.

I’ve been married for twenty-seven years to my MLB Hall of Fame husband, Jim, and our love story remains my biggest inspiration. We met in 1995, when I was working as a sports reporter for a local television station and he was a young third baseman for the Cleveland Indians.

We have a daughter and a son whom we deeply admire and two rescue cats who want for nothing. I love the life we’ve built.

I’m grateful to anyone who has read and resonated with my independently-published Hesse Creek Series, and I hope you’ll be even more connected to my new work once it’s released in 2026.
